Ground from hand-harvested Coratina and Ogliarola olives within 24 hours of harvest using a granite mill and extracted cold, this golden-yellow olive oil with green reflections offers a pure olive scent. Its medium fruity taste, with hints of artichokes and almonds, goes well with salad dressings, pasta and soups. Also ideal for cooking and frying. Nowhere in the world are more olives cultivated than in Apulia. The olive oil obtained here is known for the best quality. Near Bari, the Galantino family traditionally harvests olives from over 15,000 trees from mid-October.
