The dough has a long dough process of at least 24 hours (up to 48 hours). In this way, the bases are not only very fluffy, but later also particularly crispy. Typically, the pinsa are topped after baking, giving the creative chef a blank canvas. The Premium Plus Pinsas are handmade.

Pre-baked pinsa base, quick-frozen. WHEAT FLOUR type 0, water, extra virgin olive oil, rice semolina, WHEAT FLOUR type 2, rice flour, salt, dried mother yeast (WHEAT), yeast. About 30 minutes before baking, remove each base from the packaging and place the pinsa base on an oven rack or other surface. Bake in a preheated oven between 250°C and 290°C for 4-6 minutes. Season and top as desired. Store at at least -18°C. Do not freeze again after defrosting. Store at 0°C/+4°C (in a cold room or refrigerated counter) for a maximum of 5 days before preparation.
