Morita Shoyu is a traditional brewery from the province of Shimane in the southwest of Japan`s main island of Honshu. Founded in 1903, Morita still brews only with regional Japanese basic ingredients and attaches great importance to sustainable quality and naturalness. This variety here is Morita`s signature all-rounder soy sauce, a high standard - and what a! Naturally brewed with the best ingredients: soybeans from the provinces of Shimane, Yamaguchi, Hiroshima and their neighboring regions. Stored for at least 1 year in wooden barrels, which is now only practiced by 1% of all soy manufacturers in Japan. Out comes a very soft and subtle, deep aroma. For cooking, but of course also raw consumption.
