An unusual chocolate mould from the company Dobla, in the shape of an oyster. A closed chocolate oyster can be assembled from two halves. The chocolate oyster is made of white chocolate and its surface is very reminiscent of an actual oyster due to its structure. For example, you can use this chocolate mould to create an exclusive dessert and place the chocolate oyster on a mousse and fill the shell with a raspberry sauce. If you crack the chocolate oyster open with a spoon, the raspberry sauce runs onto the dark chocolate mousse and the components mix together.
