Baijiu - Wuliangye Light, 39% ABV, China

The Wuliangye Light is the lighter version of the classic. Water-clear distillate with wide oily stained glass windows and a pronounced intensity paired with a cereal sweetness from sorghum. A slight spiciness of green pepper in the mouth, the longer you keep the distillate in your mouth, the more it changes, aniseed and fennel aromas appear, the body increases, the finish is long-lasting and pleasant after a herbal freshness, the sweetness is still there tasteable.
