The Zhuyeqing Bamboo Green 10 impresses with its complex taste with aromas of wood, spices and nuts. The spirit tastes slightly spicy with earthy undertones and a note of umami. Unlike other Baijiu spirits that are drunk at room temperature, the Zhuyeqing Bamboo Green 10 tastes particularly good with ice or can be drunk as a kind of Baijiu spritzer with the addition of mineral water. This is a distillate from sorghum millet.
