Varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino Harvest: end of October - beginning of November The medium-fruity blend smells of fresh grass, artichoke, green olive and apple. In addition, on the palate there is banana, almond and a subtle sweetness alongside the typical Tuscan attributes of a clear spiciness and bitterness. This oil has a pronounced harmony. The olives for this were harvested from mid to late October in the Villa Magra olive grove. This top quality was honored with third place among the medium-fruity winning oils at the Olio Awards 2022 by Der Feinschmecker. It is recommended as a seasoning oil on bruschetta, with carpaccio, red meat, cooked potatoes, onions, grains and of course with hearty Tuscan stews. The 2022/2023 harvest won 32nd place among medium fruit oils in Der Feinschmecker`s Olio Awards.
