Vegan Egg - Ready-to-use mix for preparing vegan eggs with German field beans. 25% fava bean protein, corn flour, chickpea flour, thickeners: methyl cellulose, carrageenan, gellan gum; natural flavors, sugar, psyllium husk, table salt, acidity regulator: sodium citrate; Turmeric. Preparation for approx. 10 eggs: Mix 100g of the mix with 500ml cold water thoroughly with a whisk until a smooth dough is formed. Put the batter in a coated, oiled and preheated pan and fry over medium heat. Turn the fried mass after about 2-4 minutes. After another 1-2 minutes, use a spatula to break up the egg mass (like a conventional scrambled egg) or fold it into an omelette. Then season as you like. Store dry, protected from light and not above room temperature.
