We have tested it and can honestly say that it is the best vegan egg alternative we have ever eaten. You would hardly believe what the broad bean is capable of! It is very easy to prepare, because you only have to mix the powder with water and then you can prepare the mixture in the pan, or even use it as a base for quiches and other egg-based dishes. On the tongue you have a pure egg experience without the egg.
