Ready mix for the preparation of vegan sausage spread, liver sausage type. 27% sunflower seeds, partially de-oiled, pea starch, potato flakes, pea protein, table salt, flavorings, sugar, onion, psyllium husk, marjoram, caramel powder (caramelized sugar syrup, maltodextrin), pepper, spices, beetroot, lemon juice powder. Recommended preparation for approx. 225 g vegan spreadable sausage: 1. Thoroughly mix approx. 50 g of the powder mixture with 2.5 tablespoons (approx. 25 g) of cooking oil. 2. Then mix with approx. 150 ml of hot water until a homogeneous mass is formed. 3. Let the mass rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes until it has completely cooled down. 4. Stir vigorously again before serving. Store dry, protected from light and not above room temperature.
