Description: Preparation based on emulsifiers and thickeners capable of stabilizing cold foam. Instructions for use: Dissolve the ingredients cold while stirring vigorously. Pour into the siphon or beat with a whisk. Recommended dosage: 50 - 100 g/kg. Store in a cool and dry place out of the reach of children.
