Thickener-emulsifier that stabilizes whipped and hot siphon foam. It has an upright action that allows the creation of any foam without the use of standard stabilizers. It is tasteless and does not need to be left to rest as it acts immediately. Heat the liquid mixture, dissolve the Hot Foam dose while stirring vigorously. Pour the mixture into the siphon and place the gas filling or holder with rods. To keep the foam warm, place the siphon in a heated water bath.

Hot foam stabilizer in powder form. PROTEIN, maltodextrin, glucose, vegetable palm oil, emulsifiers: E471, E472b and E472e, thickeners: E410, E412, E415 and E407, MILK PROTEIN, stabilizer: E340ii. Dosage: 50 to 100 g/kg. Application: Heat the liquid mixture and dissolve the recommended amount of HotFoam while stirring vigorously. Pour into the siphon or whip with a whisk. to keep the foam warm, place the siphon in the water bath. Keep cool and dry out of the reach of children.
