Mango sliced and dried by freeze-drying. In this way, the product retains a very low percentage of water but maintains all its organoleptic and nutritional properties, as well as its molecular structure, thus preserving its original shape. It can be used directly to enhance salty and sweet dishes, to make chocolate and biscuits, or rehydrated to achieve the desired texture and tenderness in different preparations. It can also be consumed pure or mixed with milk or yogurt. Use directly, hydrate with water or, if desired, grind to a fine powder.
