They are different glucose chains (dextrose) that, due to their property as a bulking agent, have the ability to bind oils and fats in general, cold or hot, creating powdered products with a strong fatty taste that bind. It also has wetting, thickening and anti-crystallization properties. Mix the product with fatty products and blend for a few minutes to dissolve the lumps.
