A mixture of carbohydrates obtained by the degradation of waxy corn starch. It has bulking properties that cause aqueous products, even acids such as vinegar or alcoholic products, to turn into dust when applied. It also works with fats (oils), but in this case it is less effective than Malto Tapioca. It is recommended to use liquids with a certain concentration to obtain an intense flavor in the final product. Mix the product with aqueous products and blend for a few minutes to dissolve the lumps.

Has filler properties, so it binds watery products and produces a powder with the taste of the original product. It is recommended to use liquids with a higher concentration to achieve an intense taste. Instructions for use: Mix with watery products and grind finely to avoid lumps. Dosage: 150 - 200 g / 100g. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, tightly closed and out of the reach of children.
