With the vegan gelatine from CreativeCuisine there is now a real alternative to previous products. So far, vegans and vegetarians have only had the option of gelling with agar or other plant-based products. The result was mostly unsatisfactory - the mouthfeel, the consistency differs from the usual gelatine. CreativeCuisine`s vegan gelatine is a mixture of different vegetable gelling agents and can be used very easily and sparingly, at home or in the catering trade. Be it red fruit jelly, firm cake glaze or a vegetable jelly - with CreativeCuisine`s vegan gelatine there are no limits to your imagination. Application: Mix approx. 18-20 g for sweet dishes and approx. 20-25 g for salty dishes, depending on the desired consistency, into 1 liter of liquid and then bring to the boil very briefly.
