An all-rounder for creative avant-garde cuisine! These vegetable-based leaves can be used in many different ways: fried, steamed, made into sushi or pasta! Quickly fried, it hardens into a crispy chip as it cools. This can be shaped wonderfully when it cools down, so that you get very creative and visually appealing decorations. You can also fill and wrap them like small ravioli. They then get the appropriate consistency in the steamer. They can also be used as sushi/wrap. They draw the moisture they need from the cooked rice, for example. They are available in carrot, potato, beetroot, pepper and spinach varieties.

Ingredients
Dried beetroot leaves. Potatoes, 32% beetroot, salt, thickeners: amidated pectin, potato starch and glycerin. Instructions for use: Sushi: Cut the vegetable leaves in half and place them with the shiny side up. The leaves are moistened by contact with the rice. To close the sushi roll, wet and glue the end of the leaves. Vegetable noodles: Spray the leaves with water so that they stick and wait a little before further processing. If you want thicker sheets, simply glue two sheets together with the shiny side. Then cut the vegetable pasta into the desired shape (spaghetti, tagliatelle, lasagne...), The warmth and moisture of the sauces used will give you the desired consistency. Important: do not cook! Frying: Put the vegetable leaves in the fryer: 170°C/ 5-10 seconds. Then dab off the fat with absorbent kitchen paper. Then shape and let cool. Oven: Spray the leaves with oil and put in the oven: 105/ 150°C/ 5-10 seconds. Remove from the oven, shape immediately and wait for them to cool. Store cool and dry.
