Selected, destemmed pomace from the Sauvignon Blanc grape, which is processed fresh and soft. Elegant, aromatic, with the scent of vanilla, bread, elderflower and green pepper. Serve at 12°C in a tulip-shaped glass. Before tasting, the grappa should rest in the glass for a few minutes; the smell comes into its own as a result of the oxygen intake, the harmony between nose and palate becomes more perfect.
