The unique brand of sea salt flakes - HAVSNØ? - is extracted from the cool, pure seawater of the Saltsteinsleia in the Norwegian Sea. The mineral content of cool and pure seawater makes HavsnØ`s crystalline, white flakes smooth and soft with a slightly crunchy texture. The salt has a strong salty but pure taste without being bitter - this is thanks to the natural trace elements.
