Manioc, yam, cassava or as they say in Bolivia: YUCA. This crispy fries alternative from South America is a hit with everyone. And another big advantage: it can be kept without refrigeration! A delicious accompaniment to burgers or salad. The preparation is just as easy as regular fries. But you can also process them into puree or fillings. In terms of taste, it is reminiscent of a fruity potato with a hint of black salsify.
Cassava fries, ready cooked. 80% cassava, 20% water, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite. Preparation recommendation for frying: fry at +175°C for approx. 4 minutes until golden brown. IMPORTANT: DO NOT wash the product if you intend to fry it. Preparation: Cut the four sides of the plastic packaging with scissors. Open and slowly remove the contents of the packet - place the cassava in a suitable strainer container. Rinse the product briefly with tap water and drain. Excellent for frying. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or altered. Store dry at a maximum of +30°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not freeze!
