These burger patties are, as they should be, made from processed dry aged (7 weeks of dry aging) minced meat, mixed by hand and coarsely minced. The dry agent of the burger meat gives the meat a much more intense taste than regular burger or minced meat. Pieces of meat are matured whole on the bone and only the core is later processed into minced meat. The incomparable taste speaks for itself, because eatventure`s Dry Aged Burgers are as valuable as a good steak. Angus Burger = 7 weeks maturing time. Angus cattle are relatively short-legged, fast-growing and precocious. Due to the precocity, the animals of this old breed get fat very quickly, which is no longer desirable today, but is just right for our patties.
