A cuvée of different Calvados, all aged in oak barrels for 7 years. The finish took place in Ex Pommeau casks for 6 months. Pommeau is a traditional Normandy aperitif: freshly squeezed apple juice is blended with young Calvados before aging in oak barrels. Clear notes of sweet and sour apples and honey develop on the nose. An intense taste with aromas of cider, honey and almonds.
