This dashi stock is specially produced in Japan by Fueki-Shoyu for a vegan retailer. We are pleased that we can offer this stock, which also tastes very good for non-vegans, exclusively in Germany. A vegan dashi made from pure konbu (no extract) and dried shiitake (no extract), refined with the Shoyu from Fueki, which has been matured in wooden barrels (approx. 1.5 years). Pure on tofu or grilled vegetables. Diluted 6 to 7 times for dashi soups for udon or soba. As a dip : diluted 2 to 3 times.
