This premium garlic shoyu soy sauce from Shizen Okoku is a very intense shoyu that has been naturally matured for 2 years and has a wonderful garlic taste. Fine-tuned with some Mirin, this blend is a must-have for all garlic lovers! Shizen Okoku Garlic Shoyu is an all-rounder sauce for BBQ fans, but also for vegans to refine their dishes with that little extra kick. Now in its 2nd generation, Shizen Okoku (translated as Kingdom of Nature) is a small factory in Nagano that has been making honest sauces and dressings with no artificial flavors or preservatives - for over 40 years and only using the finest local basic ingredients. To this day one of the few manufacturers in Japan with this clear concept!
