Application: Do not remove the foil before defrosting. Defrost for 4 hours between 0°C and +4°C before serving and let the products stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before eating. Store at a maximum of -18°C. After thawing, store between 0°C and +4°C and consume within 4 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
