After the Alsatian Weißenburg sloping down to the south. Heavy, loamy and clayey topsoil with limestone rocks in the subsoil. Vines planted in 1967. The aging took place in small oak barrels for 18 months. Rich, powerful ruby red. In the nose scent of wild berries, tobacco, black tea and forest soil. Dense on the palate, powerful with bite. Juicy with a very good length and the best structure. Great storage potential. Until the 2012 vintage, the wine was still allowed to bear the vineyard name Kammerberg. However, since Becker`s parcel is located entirely in Alsace, the naming of the name was forbidden and is called KB from the 2013 vintage.
