Pan made of multi-layer stainless steel, 3 layers. The Alchimy series has a brushed surface, riveted stainless steel handles and is suitable for all types of stoves including induction and the oven. The multi-layer construction leads to better heat retention, more even heating and precise heat control. This series does not have a sandwich base, which would reduce performance.
