The Barolo Cascina Nuova is made from younger Nebbiolo vines and is therefore drinkable earlier, more accessible and easier to understand. It has an excellent price-quality ratio and offers a good introduction to Elvio Cogno`s Barolo world. Fragrant flower aromas, spices, slightly earthy components and a mineral finish.
