Ingredients
Meat substitute based on vegetable protein - water, vegetable protein (SOYA, peas), coconut fat, rapeseed oil, thickeners: methyl cellulose, maltodextrin, salt, flavorings, dehydrated potato flakes, caramelized pear juice concentrate, baking soda, spices, coloring (betanin), cranberry juice, Vitamins, minerals (niacin[B3], B6, B12, iron, zinc). The product is only suitable for consumption after roasting or deep-frying. Preparation in the pan: Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat (170°C). Add the burger and fry in a covered pan for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the lid, flip the burger and cook for another 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes. Cooking on a Gas/Charcoal Grill: Preheat the grill to a high temperature (220°C-250°C) and cook the burger until browned, about 15 minutes. It is advisable to turn several times. Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
