Yakinori leaves are made from seaweed and are mostly used to make maki sushi. Rice and other flavor ingredients are rolled into the leaves. The long roll is then cut into pieces of equal size. These leaves can be processed immediately. Attention: Yakinori leaves should only be consumed in small quantities due to their high iodine content. (max. 3 sheets) Seaweed leaves are available in so-called half and whole sizes.

Ingredients
Seaweed, dried and roasted for sushi nori. Seaweed. Attention: This product is naturally very rich in iodine. A daily amount of iodine of up to 0.2 mg is healthy and desirable for an average adult. Therefore, consume a maximum of 4g (approx. 1.5 sheets) of seaweed per day. 1 sheet makes approx. 10 pieces of sushi. Attention: Contains sachets of oxygen binding agents that are not suitable for consumption. Roll seaweed leaves for sushi or torn into small pieces to serve on rice dishes or in soups. Store dry.
