Champagne Deutz 2017 Blanc de Blancs Millesime, brut, 12% vol., in GP

The wine seduces with its clear color with light silver reflections, characteristic of the Chardonnay grape variety, as well as its fine, dense and regular perlage. Fine and aromatic on the nose with pleasant notes of white flowers and yellow fruits. Lively and mineral on the palate. Aromas of honeysuckle and white peaches are joined by wonderful notes of citrus and the subtle style of chalk backed by mushroom and hazelnut. Slightly salty in the aftertaste, invigorating with a very mineral-aromatic length. The freshly disgorged wine has enormous aging potential ahead of it, but right from the start it shows its versatility as an `opener` at the table and as an accompaniment to fine dishes and shellfish.
