Brilliant, light golden in colour, Deutz Brut Classic exhibits a very fine beading characteristic of wines with long aging on the lees. The very pronounced bouquet initially reveals floral nuances (hawthorn, white flowers), then aromas of toasted bread, marzipan and ripe fruits (apples, pears) and citrus fruit. The freshness of the Chardonnay, the supple structure of the Pinot and the elegant vinosity of the Meunier unite on the palate. The aromas are harmoniously integrated and the structure is silky.
