A special rarity - pike caviar (Esox licius). Its small, golden-yellow grain is characterized by a very sweet, species-typical taste. As a result, it tastes very similar to sturgeon caviar. The pike caviar is fresh, unpasteurized and made using the Malossol method, and is free from flavor enhancers, colorings and preservatives. A tip from the Volga: enjoy the pike caviar with some olive oil and chives on bread.
