This sauce is based on the classic Japanese seasoning sauce `Ponzu`, which is usually made with dark shoyu, but here it is made with the colorless crystal shoyu, refined with yuzu juice and yuzu peel grown locally in Kyushu. The scent and aroma of Yuzu captured in a bottle and ready to go for many quick creations. The fine, restrained acidity not only goes well with crispy salads, but also with carpaccio and grilled fish. Fantastic in summer and also in winter to conjure up some sun on the table. Tip: Definitely enjoy raw oysters with it!
