This vinegar is just the thing for all Yuzu friends. The aroma, scent and flavor of this unique citrus fruit captured in a premium rice vinegar brewed with Japanese ingredients. For sushi rice, dressings, ceviche, pickles, but also cocktails! Ohyama, the traditional vinegar brewery, was founded in 1930 and is located in Aya, a city in Miyazaki Prefecture known for its organic farming and located next to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. All vinegars are naturally fermented and aged using traditional methods.
