Actually, teriyaki in Japan is a way of preparation and not a ready-made sauce. However, we still wanted to bring an honest and correct version to the market for our customers here in Germany and commissioned one of our favorite manufacturers to do it. 2 years of naturally fermented Shoyu and Hon Mirin form the basis, refined with a little apple. Wonderful umami and a deep complex sweetness offer a long finish in the mouth. Purely natural and without additives! A go-to sauce that you can use of course as is or transform it into a fantastic base for your own version.
