Wheat tortillas are mainly used in Mexican cuisine and dishes such as quesadillas or burritos. They are made from wheat flour and can be filled in different ways; Eg with cheese, chicken breast, tomatoes..... After filling, they should only be warmed up briefly in the oven, otherwise they will become hard and brittle.
