Mountain apple juice and mandarin: clearly full-bodied presence, aromatic, fresh with an exciting interplay of sweetness and acidity. The flavors of the south and the north are combined in this cuvee: mandarins from Ciaculli ripened in the sun of Sicily and apples from our gardens kissed by the mountain sun. The characterful mountain apple juice forms the structure of the juice, the aromatic mandarin dances against this background and adds sweet and sour taste reflexes. Serving temperature: 8 - 12°C Particularly recommended with summer salads, vegetarian dishes, mussels and shellfish, cakes and yeast pastries.
