In their 140-year history, there are very few years and casks that the Suehiro family is truly happy with. This shows not only the high quality standards of the brewery, but also the quality of this product. Basic products and temperatures must be right to brew these edition shoyu. In the winter of 2017, the mash was prepared and has already experienced the 4th spring. All bottles of this top product have a serial number and we`re glad Suehiro let us have a very small amount. For seasoning very fine dishes, but best enjoyed raw. Naturally brewed shoyu like these have a deep flavor that doesn`t linger for too long! With sashimi and an excellent steak! Founded in 1879 in Hyogo Prefecture, Suehiro is one of the top breweries in the Kansai region. Famous for its light soy sauce, Suehiro also brews dark shoyu and other specialties that are second to none. Even if it is not fermented in wooden barrels, the more than 100-year-old bacteria in the manufactory`s wooden beams give the shoyu unique aromas
