These tomatoes - pickled with sunflower oil, wine vinegar and herbs - have a wonderfully fruity taste. They are meaty, not too salty, and uneven in shape and size. Thanks to a special manufacturing process, the skin of semi-dried tomatoes is softer than that of dried tomatoes. They are therefore ideal as an accompaniment to cold platters, antipasti and to refine sauces. Without coloring and preservatives.
