Happy Foie is the `unstuffed` alternative to conventional foie gras. Culinary pleasure at eye level - without stoppers and with a clear conscience. The liver comes from free-ranging animals from our selected partner farms. Happy Foie can be processed, prepared and enjoyed like conventional Bloc Foie Gras. Independent blind tastings show that the taste, the smoothness and the consistency are indistinguishable from a conventional bloc foie gras.
