Sauce: Sugar, Gochujang(Corn Syrup, WHEAT FLOUR, WATER, Red Chili Spice[Red Chili Powder, Water, Salt, Garlic, Onion], Defatted SOY POWDER, Salt, WHEAT, Cooking Rice Wine, Rice, Paprika Powder, Koji) Tomato Ketchup (Tomato, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spice and Herb Extract [CELERY], Spice), Water, Honey, SOY SAUCE (Water, SOY, WHEAT, Salt), Garlic Paste (Garlic, Salt), Yeast Extract, Red Pepper Powder, Black Pepper Powder. Preparation : Fryer: Preheat the oil in the fryer to 180°C. Fry the frozen chickens until the skin is golden brown, about 6 minutes. In the pan: Heat 1-2 cm of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Cook the frozen chicken over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Turn occasionally. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 230°C and bake the chicken for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not freeze again after defrosting.
