The intense aroma of bourbon vanilla (vanilla planifolia) enriches desserts such as pudding, ice cream, pastries, creme brulee and vanilla sauce. The queen of spices also refines sweet drinks and exotic sauces for meat and fish. The number of pods can vary greatly because it is a natural product and depending on the harvest, the pods are thicker or thinner. But it`s always 25g and not only the seeds give off aroma, you can also use the whole pod or the shell for vanilla sugar or in creams.
