Raumland Zerozzante - Cuvee No. 4 bunches of rhubarb secco, non-alcoholic

Contrary to what is usual in the beverage industry, Raumland does not heat the juices at any stage to preserve them, so they remain natural and retain their valuable aroma. In order to make this cold-sterile pressing and filling possible, only 100% of the best grapes are used. Refined in traditional handwork. The Cuvee N° 4 has a tart effect due to the great acid structure and less sweetness of the rhubarb. The subtle rose-colored cuvee with fine foaming mousseux shows fine rhubarb notes and is reminiscent of fresh red raspberries. It is paired with floral notes from the white grapes. A restrained sweetness on the palate, which is balanced by a fresh acidity and sparkling carbonic acid. The alcohol-free Zerozzante fruit secco is suitable for an aperitif, as a meal accompaniment or simply on its own. With its fruity-tart nature, the Cuvee N° 4 can be served with refined and not just sweet fruit desserts. They can also be served with savory appetizers or salted almonds.
