This grape secco is non-alcoholic, grape-like, fruity and tasty. 100% pure, cold-pressed grape juice from the Bacchus variety ensures an incomparable taste. Refined in traditional handwork and finely pearled in Secco style. The first and only drink of this type in the world that is not preserved by pasteurization. Due to the cold-sterile manufacturing process, the must does not even begin to ferment. The time-consuming, unnatural and taste-destroying dealcoholization is therefore spared.
