A blend of Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. A sparkling Herr Doktor with fruity notes of sweet apricots, raspberries and citrus notes. This wine is fun to drink with friends and has a high flow. The traditional Bechtheim winery Dr. Koehler has existed since 1898 and has been managed by Christian Dreissigacker since 2007. After the takeover, Christian was often addressed by his friends as Herr Doktor, which is how the idea for the concept wines came about.
