The Nat cool comes from the best steep slopes in Piesport; Goldtröpfchen, Günterslay and Falkenberg. The wines ferment for 1-2 years on the full yeast with whole grapes, not least in order to get the full variety of aromas from the skins. In order to do justice to the profile of the wine and its character, the wine has been blended from different vintages, giving it calm, balance and the best of the vintages. The grapes were harvested by hand and pressed directly. Some of the grapes were selected out. Before the tank is filled, these selected grapes are carefully placed in the tank to begin filling. The wines are partly fermented in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels. 100% Riesling, 100% steep slope, 100% manual harvest, 100% natural fermentation, 100% naturalness.
