Our star chef Sascha Stemberg has brought his memories of Mauritius into a glass with this spice mixture. Mild spice meets fruity notes. Selected ingredients such as turmeric, coriander, fenugreek seeds, ginger, Malabar pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon blossoms make this spice unique and give every dish a taste to remember. In his `Haus Stemberg`, which was voted the best restaurant of 2021, Sascha uses Creole curry for sauces, marinades, dressings and curries.
