Finest beef fillet meets puff pastry and mushrooms. The result: Filet Wellington - A specialty that everyone loves. Guaranteed. Thaw the fillet overnight (min. 12 hours) in the refrigerator on baking paper. The next day, preheat the oven to 240 degrees hot air. Place the fillet on the baking paper on a grid (middle rack) in the oven. Bake at 240 degrees for 12 minutes (-> it should be nicely browned) -> remove and leave to rest for 5 minutes -> eat immediately (if it rests longer it will pull through).
