The Texas Beef Rib is cut from the core of the beef/breast rib and is heavily infused with fat. Preparation: Gently heat the ribs in a vacuum bag in a water bath (no boiling water) or in the oven at approx. 60 °C and enjoy - it couldn`t be easier.
