2022 No Sex Riesling, dry, % vol., Emil Bauer and Sons

No Sex, No Drugs, and No Rock n Roll - Just Riesling! This Riesling was developed in the Nußdorf site and carefully harvested by hand. After cool fermentation and a long standing time on the yeast, it matured 1/3 in stainless steel and 2/3 in wooden barrels. Delicately fruity, classic Riesling with slightly sparkling acidity. This typical Riesling shows a pale yellow color tending to greenish-yellow. The scent is dominated by peach and apple, in the mouth you can feel a juicy fruit supported by an invigorating acidity. Fresh, clear and delicately mineral, at the same time very harmonious and `thirst-quenching`. Warning: addictive potential!
